The G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo RGB 64GB (2x32GB) runs at DDR5-6000 with an AMD EXPO profile tuned for Ryzen 7000 and 9000 processors, and it also works on Intel boards. It is the only 64GB DDR5 kit we list, and it has about 1,000 Amazon ratings at 4.6 stars. Sixty-four gigabytes is more than gaming needs, where 32GB is plenty, but it helps with 4K and 8K video editing, large photo libraries, virtual machines, big code builds and running local AI models in system memory. Using two 32GB sticks rather than four 16GB sticks keeps memory speed high, because four DDR5 sticks often have to run slower. DDR5 prices have risen sharply in 2026, so compare it with buying a 32GB kit now and adding later only if that is cheaper.
