Our Verdict

The AKRacing Masters Premium is a high-end gaming chair built for people who sit for many hours a day, using cold-cure foam that holds its shape better than the cheaper foam in budget chairs, a steel frame and 4D adjustable armrests. AKRacing backs it with a 5-year warranty, much longer than most gaming chairs, and it has about 600 Amazon ratings at 4.3 stars. It reclines and includes neck and lumbar pillows. Its firm padding suits people who prefer support over softness. Choose the Masters Premium for long daily gaming or work sessions where durability and a long warranty matter; for the best long-term ergonomics regardless of style, an office chair such as the Herman Miller Aeron is the alternative, and for a lower price, the AKRacing Core SX.
