The RTX 4090 is in a category of one — nothing else comes close for 4K/8K gaming, AI inference, or video rendering. At $1,799 it's an expensive commitment, but if you're running Stable Diffusion locally, editing 8K footage, or simply want a GPU you won't upgrade for 5+ years, the 4090's 24GB VRAM and raw compute justify the price.
