Our Verdict
The Razer BlackWidow V3 TKL is a tenkeyless mechanical gaming keyboard, which drops the number pad to give your mouse more room, with Razer's Green clicky switches, per-key Chroma RGB and Razer Synapse software for macros and lighting. It has a sturdy aluminium top plate and more than 700 Amazon ratings at 4.5 stars. The Green switches are loud and tactile, which some typists love and housemates or voice-chat partners may not. Its main appeal is the Razer ecosystem: if you already use Razer mice and headsets, lighting and settings sync in one app. Choose the BlackWidow V3 TKL for a compact mechanical keyboard in a Razer setup; if you want quieter switches or better value, the HyperX Alloy Origins Core offers a similar size and build.
