Value Score Breakdown

Our Verdict

This Surface Laptop Ultra keeps the same 18-core NVIDIA RTX Spark chip as the base model but raises memory to 32GB and storage to 1TB. The extra unified memory is the reason to choose it: it is shared between the processor and the RTX graphics, so it helps with larger local AI models, 4K video timelines and big 3D scenes, while the 1TB SSD leaves room for projects and models. Everything else matches the base model, including the 15-inch mini-LED touchscreen rated up to 2,000 nits and the breakaway USB-C port. It ships on October 16, 2026, with no Amazon ratings or independent reviews yet, and it runs Windows 11 on Arm, so check your games and older apps first. Choose this version over the base model only if your work regularly fills 24GB of memory; for everyday use and lighter creative work, the base configuration is enough. Amazon sells it directly.
