The Thermalright Aqua Elite 120 V3 at $31 brings AIO liquid cooling to a price where most AIOs start at $60 or more. A 120mm single-radiator AIO competes directly with the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Pro ARGB ($20) and Hyper 212 Black ($26) on thermal output — the AIO's advantage is RAM slot clearance (no tall tower blocking the first DIMM slots) and the cleaner visual of a pump head versus a heatsink tower. Thermal advantage over good air at 120mm is marginal (1–3°C). For 125W or lower CPUs where aesthetics or RAM clearance is the deciding factor, the Aqua Elite 120 V3 at $31 is the most affordable AIO entry point.
