At $35 it delivers dual-tower performance — two 120mm fans, six heat pipes, copper base — that challenges coolers costing twice as much. Independent reviewers consistently place it within 2–3°C of the Noctua NH-D15 ($114) on CPUs up to the Core i7-14700K. For any mid-range build (Ryzen 5/7, Core i5/i7), the PA120 SE at $35 is the best air cooling value available. The only reason to step up is a high-TDP flagship CPU (Core i9, Ryzen 9) or a case too narrow for its 154mm height.
