The MSI Cyborg 17 is an RTX 5060 laptop priced at $1,999, which is $510 more than the ASUS ROG Strix G16 RTX 5060 ($1,489.43) and $549 more than the Acer Nitro V 16S AI RTX 5060 ($1,449.99). Both alternatives deliver equal or better GPU performance at their prices. The 17.3-inch 1080p display is the primary differentiator: buyers who specifically need a larger screen and are limited to the RTX 5060 GPU tier will find few 17-inch alternatives. The Core 7-240H is a capable Intel Lunar Lake processor, but neither it nor the larger panel justifies the $550 premium over 16-inch RTX 5060 machines. The 16GB RAM is a further limitation at this price. With only 35 Amazon reviews at 4.2 stars, real-world ownership data is thin. Consider this only if a 17-inch screen is a firm requirement; otherwise the ASUS ROG Strix G16 RTX 5060 is a significantly better purchase at $510 less.
